My next game is pretty much Devil May Cry layed out as Megaman.
Cannoncrotch had some good bosses, but the levels were also pretty substantial. Sorry for making big levels.
Does Alien Hominid count? The bosses are good but the levels are no joke either.

Both of those have pretty long levels leading up to the bosses
Powerfox FTW. <3 His games were the first few that made me really love flash games.
I have no suggestions, but it's great on how you actually found a Power Battle cabinet. One Arcade game you should check out is the Darius series. (Not Flash, but it does have some cool bosses.)
