Learn from my mistakes - wash your hands and controller lot. Shaking hands and touching the same controller as hundreds of people who came from all over the world with their unique foreign germs is grounds to get really sick. I got the post PAX flu or something for two weeks.
Other than that its great! Exhausting but super fun.
