Be sure to list East Coast (Pico Time) and West Coast times, the way they do on TV... I'd have to say right now (Wednesday evening), if I was a betting man :\ Maybe Sunday around 6PM your time? Maybe the old TV primetime of 8 o'clock Thursday night? Either way, make a news post an hour or so before going live.

I'm usually available every day and due to my ridiculous sleep schedule, evenings through to early morning work for me.
Good to know.
For me it would be on the weekends around 8pm Pacific. if shooting for weekdays Tuesdays around 7pm Pacific.
