I don't know why, but I think maybe you should make some sort of game that will have you play as one of those things, but in a more cartoony art style (like chibi knight), and you can ride the enemy or something and control it, and you could use the special abilities of those enemies to fight others. But there's a catch, you can only control enemies that are dead. To get around the level starting thing, I've come up with an idea, you make a pre-dead enemy at the start of the start of the level. I'm not trying to bring back that thing, but I just really felt like I needed to share my idea (And those kinds of games are pretty fun to me).

I had a similiar kind of dream, that my skin was covered with diseased eyes. Kind of like poison ivy but much more horrifying
